Vendoprint Private Limited (“Vendoprint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides self-service printing kiosk and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit vendoprint.in, use our kiosks, or contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or website forms.

Website Forms

When you submit a contact, partner, franchise, or other enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, city, and the message you provide.

Instagram and WhatsApp Messages

When you voluntarily message Vendoprint through our official Instagram or WhatsApp Business accounts, we may collect:

• Your platform-specific user ID;
• Your profile name, if made available by the platform;
• Your WhatsApp phone number, where applicable;
• The content of your message;
• The date, time, and channel of your message; and
• A lead category, priority, and follow-up status generated to help our team manage your enquiry.

We do not use this information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Lead categorisation is used only to help our team prioritise enquiries.

Kiosk Usage

Documents uploaded for printing are used only to process your print job. They are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are deleted after the print job is completed or the applicable recovery period ends, which is no later than 24 hours after upload. We do not use document contents for advertising, analytics, or training.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect basic website analytics data, such as page views, browser type, device type, and cookie preferences, to improve our website and services.

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
• Evaluate franchise, partnership, institutional, vendor, or other business enquiries;
• Manage customer and business follow-ups;
• Operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot our website and services;
• Meet legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention obligations; and
• Send promotional communications only where you have separately opted in or where permitted by applicable law.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting work@vendoprint.in.

Lead records from website forms, Instagram, and WhatsApp may be stored in Google Sheets and in Vendoprint’s secure application infrastructure.

We may use trusted service providers to operate our services, including Meta Platforms technologies for Instagram and WhatsApp, Google LLC for Google Sheets, Railway for application hosting, and payment service providers for payments. These providers may process personal data only to provide services to Vendoprint and in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We retain website, Instagram, and WhatsApp lead records for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We use essential cookies and limited analytics cookies to operate and improve our website. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.

To request deletion of data collected through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp, email work@vendoprint.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the Instagram username, WhatsApp phone number, or email address used to contact us so we can locate the relevant record.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing the request. Once verified, we will delete the applicable lead data from our Google Sheets and application delivery records, unless we are required to retain it by law.

We will acknowledge a verified deletion request within 7 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days, unless legal retention is required.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Vendoprint services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorisation. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at work@vendoprint.in.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
