Data Deletion Request

You can ask Vendoprint Private Limited to delete personal data collected through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. This page repeats the instructions in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Email work@vendoprint.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the Instagram username, WhatsApp phone number, or email address you used to contact us, so we can locate the relevant record.
  3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before completing the request.

What happens next

Once your identity is verified, we will delete the applicable lead data from our Google Sheets and application delivery records, unless we are required to retain it by law.

We will acknowledge a verified deletion request within 7 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days, unless legal retention is required.

Documents uploaded at a kiosk are deleted automatically after printing, and no later than 24 hours after upload.
